  • What are your business hours?

    9am-5pm (Monday-Thursday)

    10am-3pm (Friday)

    Closed (Saturday & Sunday)

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Xpansion Kreations doesn't offer refunds on deposits. All deposits are final after paid. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Our company accepts (Invoice, Cashapp, Zelle, Money Transfers, Cash and Money Orders) 

  • What is your privacy policy?

    Our company does not give out any personal information to any 3rd party companies. Once accounts are setup and login information is sent out via text or email to the client. Xpansion Kreations does not hold any login information after 30 days of project completion. 

  • What is the turnaround time?

    Our company can only predict turnaround times and give a estimated time of completion. Typically it takes on average of 14-21 business days (Please refer to our business hours) . Business days doesn't include holidays.  If there is any change in project completion one of our staff memebers will notify the client 24-72 hours before the completion for an extended date. All revisions can take anywhere from 24-72 hours per revision.
